TEACHING
I have been sharing my passion for music with students for thirty years. I have taught individual and group lessons, as well as conducted seminars and workshops, in the public and Catholic school systems, at prestigious arts camps and also privately.
I have taught all ages, from the very young to the very old. I have also taught formal music classes as a music teacher at a private academy, working with kids from Kindergarten to Grade 8.
In 2012, I won a Hamilton Arts Award for Arts Management for my teaching and administrative work with Hamilton, Ontario's award-winning program, "An Instrument For Every Child", a non-profit organization that brings music to inner-city schools.

I teach a wide variety of instruments, including guitar and piano, as well as theory, songwriting and all other things music-related, both in person and online.
